Spacare pH & Alkalinity Reducer (500g) lowers high pH and alkalinity levels in spas and hot tubs, preventing scale, staining, and irritation while improving chlorine effectiveness. Maintain pH between 7.2–7.6 and total alkalinity between 125–150ppm for optimal water balance.
Total Alkalinity & Instructions for dosage:
Add 24gm of pH & Alkalinity Reducer per 1000 litres of water to lower Total Alkalinity by 10 parts per million (ppm)
Directions for use:
calculate the required amount of pH & Alkalinity Reducer (see dosage above). Dissolve in a bucket of water, then poor slowly into the water with the pump and filter operating. Circulate water for 3 hours and then re-check with a test and repeat if necessary.
